Large open planned lounge and bedroom, with kingsize bed. Flat screen TV and DVD, large omfy sofa and chair. Dining table and chairs. Patio doors looking out into garden with free range chickens.

Private deck area

The Hot tub is for sole use of the cottage guests. Heated all year round to 38C. Patio table and chairs and a weber BBQ for guest use.

A spacious cottage set in the boundaries of a 300 year old grade II listed farm house in the peaceful rural village of Old South Hykeham.

The open plan accommodation comprises of comfortable lounge area, with large flat screen TV. An area for dining looking out over the garden through french doors.

The bedroom area has a luxurious king size bed providing guests with quality accommodation to relax in.

The well equipped separate kitchenette with combination microwave grill and 2 ring ceramic hob, large fridge with ice box. The modern bathroom compliments the facilities, with a large shower.

Wifi is available for guests free of charge.

The Cottage is self-catering and a welcome pack is provided, including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, bread, a home made cake. Outside, guests have access to a private raised decking area to unwind in which is adjacent to the Cottage.

The Hot Tub is available for the cottage guests with a privacy screen and is for sole use of the cottage guests.

There is a parking space for one vehicle, and large lawns with free range chickens. A BBQ is provided for guests use.

There are also 2 bicycles available for guests to explore the local area.

We are located within a short drive to the City of Lincoln with its famous Cathedral, Castle, and array of local attractions including the Lincolnshire show ground not to mention the famous display team the Red Arrows. Newark is also only a 10 minute drive with its picturesque town centre and show ground, Swinderby antiques fairs are even closer still.

This the second time we stayed here and it was even better than I remember it! The cottage is clean and cosy, it offers you everything you might want and need for a getaway! The bed is so comfy, the board games and the puzzles keep you occupied in bad weather and the attention to details the owners have put in was much appreciated! The hot tub under the stars was an amazing treat at the end of the day and seeing the chickens running around was a delight! Can not recommend enough and will definitely be back soon !mpore molestiae.

Just perfect! Everything we could have wanted for a relaxing weekend away. Beautiful cottage and surroundings. Lovely handmade lemon cake and welcome pack on arrival. The hot tub is lovely also - we cannot wait to return back!

The cottage at Church Farm was the perfect place for our short break. Immaculate inside and beautiful outside. The unseasonably warm daytime weather meant we were able to sit outside and enjoy the lovely homemade cake and the chilly evenings made the hot tub even more welcoming. We were warmly welcomed by the owner who gave us information about the local area, which was very useful. We would certainly stay again.
